Job description

As Lead Marketing, you will play a key role in increasing our visibility and generating valuable traffic to our website and platform. You will be involved in all aspects of marketing and work closely with our team to develop creative and effective (online) campaigns.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategic and tactical plans to structurally increase the reach of our social media accounts and other communication channels and effectively reach our target audience.
• Manage and optimize various social media platforms and communication channels, ensuring consistency in brand identity and message.
• Create, plan and coordinate engaging and relevant online content, such as texts, images, videos, shorts and interactive posts, tailored to specific target audiences.
• Execute and optimize search engine optimization (SEO) and search engine advertising (SEA), aimed at improving online visibility and conversion.
• Analyze statistics and KPIs for online and social media, with clear reports and recommendations to improve performance and adjust strategies.

Profile

• You have a completed HBO/WO degree in marketing, communications or a similar field.
• Available at least 32 hours per week.
• 2 to 4 years of experience managing social media accounts and other communication channels within Poolder's ecosystem.
• Creative and able to devise and roll out innovative online campaigns.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Independent, proactive, results-oriented and a mindset to get things done.
• Initiate and participate in strategic brainstorming sessions, proposing innovative ideas to further strengthen and differentiate our online brand in a competitive market.
