As Poolder, we were co-organizer of and speaker at this exclusive real estate event, in cooperation with Burgemeestre & partners notariaat and EJS Tax & Consulting B.V..
In the beautiful Castle de Wittenburg, the evening was completely dedicated to the developments in the real estate market and the consequences for the real estate investor. There is a lot going on in the real estate sector with the arrival of the new Affordable Rent Act, the Fixed Lease Law and the current developments regarding Box 2 & Box 3.
We had inspiring contributions from prominent speakers:
- Maarten Feilzer (CEO Zadelhoff) on his views on government policies; Edwin Jeanty van der Spek (tax specialist EJS Tax & Consulting) on the tax consequences regarding these laws and current developments regarding Box 2 & 3; Robin Urban CFP (Commercial Director at Poolder) on alternative investments.

Indeed, for many real estate investors, the question arises whether it still makes sense to continue investing in real estate or to sell their portfolio (or part of it). As Poolder, we therefore introduced guests to a good alternative, including our Stable Poolfolio, for when they want to sell their real estate but still achieve a high return on their available assets without taking high risks.
After the presentations, we enjoyed a delicious buffet dinner and drinks, which provided the perfect opportunity for further networking and making new connections.
