Poolder is a fintech investment firm specialized in investing on the blockchain and in digital assets. Poolder provides access to alternative investments by leveraging blockchain technology and liquidity pools to capture attractive, fee-driven returns.

Poolder works exclusively with established partners and performs rigorous due diligence. We use our proprietary Poolder Stack to analyze on-chain data and assess protocols. We also review technical audit reports, run internal code analyses, and verify the reliability, provenance, and legitimacy of smart contracts—ensuring we know exactly what we invest in and with whom.

Poolder Digital Asset Management B.V. is registered with the Netherlands Authority for the Financial Markets (AFM) as an AIFMD light manager. This means Poolder reports periodically to the AFM but is not under direct supervision. The Poolfolios fall outside the standard licensing requirement under Article 2:65 of the Dutch Financial Supervision Act (Wft).

Yes. The minimum investment is €100,000. A 6-month lock-up applies to new participations, meaning your investment can only be redeemed after that period. To remain eligible, your investment must also stay above €100,000.
