As a medior developer, you’ll help shape component architecture, UX, and front-end performance. In the future, you’ll also get the opportunity to develop mobile applications, for example using React Native or Flutter. You’ll mentor junior colleagues and contribute to a high-quality front-end codebase that integrates seamlessly with our back-end and data infrastructure.

As a medior developer, you'll help shape architecture and scalability, build secure and efficient APIs, and design integrations and data flows between systems. You'll take ownership of parts of the back-end, support junior colleagues, and play a key role in the team's technical development.

You will be supported by experienced colleagues as you work on real features with real impact. You will grow into an independent developer contributing to both the front and back ends of our systems.

As a medior developer, you’ll influence technical decisions, take ownership of parts of the system, and coach junior colleagues through code reviews and support. You work independently while contributing to scalable, reliable, and maintainable software.

The CFRO is responsible for Poolder’s financial policy, integrated risk management, and compliance.

The CIO is responsible for developing and executing Poolder’s investment strategy, with a strong focus on digital assets and blockchain. Additionally, the CIO oversees operational execution, including investment administration, IT processes, custody structure, and facility management.
